Military Intelligence 5 was formed in december 1999 by SpiritGuide and Terminator, with SpiritGuide being the first leader of the clan. Since the founding Mi5 has been an Unreal Tournament Assault clan only, playing in the www.utassault.net league. We've also played Deathmatch in several clanbase leagues but due to a lack of interest we don't play the mod anymore.
Then Anna succeeded SpiritGuide as leader in spring 2000, and FluidEye being the leader since summer 2000. Mi5 ceased as a group in january 2001 but then reformed in spring, with McNeill as it's prime force. Since this reforming we've grown further in the game as a stabile clan, booking lots of good results and gaining months of leadership in the utassault league.
The most remarkable happenings in the past years must have been the amazing matches versus ION, NRG, Ai, Sixth, UAS and swap, and also the Godlike winning streak in the standard assault league. But the factor which has always kept us busy must have been the community itself and the competition between the rival clans, coming up with new tactics every game.
Mi5 currently have a nice squad of more or less active members, with Stylefish and Konnan being the leader of it's Assault activites. Mi5 is a dynamic Unreal Tournament clan, keeping the spirit high with new members. Few of it's current members were Mi5 for a few years, but all players have great experience from playing in other clans. Mi5 combine individual skill and experience with advanced teamwork.
We'd like to thank all the past clans for the great wars we had, and we hope to have such a great time in the future.
